How it works
The platform is built around a single backend that every channel connects to, rather than a separate system for each one. Whichever channel a message arrives through, it is handled by the same underlying logic, so answers stay consistent and improvements only need to be made once. Business documents are processed separately and made available to the assistant, so it can answer questions using their content directly rather than relying on information copied elsewhere. When a conversation needs a person, ownership can be handed to an operator without losing the conversation history.
